Born in 1977 in Ukraine, studied singing at the Tchaikovsky Academy of Music in Kiev (1996­2001). In 2002 he won First Prize at the Nicolai Lysenko International Music Competition in Kiev.
He is a soloist of the National Opera in Kiev, where he performed Prince in Love to the Three Oranges and Biezzuhov in War and Peace by Prokofiev, Kalaf in Puccini1s Turandot and Arlecchin in Leoncavallo1s Pagliacci.
Marian Talaba has also sung the solo tenor parts in Beethoven1s Ninth Symphony and Missa solemnis.
