Marcin Gańko finished a primary music school in Mińsk
Mazo-wiecki and the Chopin Secondary Music School in Warsaw. He has held
grants from the Ministry of Culture. He won First Prizes at the National
Saxophone Competitions in Olsztyn and Piotrków Trybunalski. He is now a 4th
year student of the Music Academy in Warsaw. He performs classical music (Warsaw
Saxophone Quartet, Polish Radio Philharmonic Orchestra), jazz (Jazz Radio
Big Band) and acid jazz (Easy Band All Stars). He collaborates with Warsaw
theatres (Studio, Powszechny, Dramatyczny). He often performs as a session
musician.
