Born in Warsaw in 1976, he
studied composition with Marek Stachowski at the Music Academy in Kraków
(1996–2001). He continued his studies with Peter-Jan Wagemans at the
Rotterdam Conservatory (2001–02). In October 2002 he started to work as
an assistant in the Faculty of Composition of the Music Academy in Kraków.

Hommage ą Tadeusz Kantor
The work was written in the last four months of 2003 thanks to a grant
from the Ministry of Culture from the Fund for the Promotion of Creative
Work. The first performance of the piece was given by the Students’
Orchestra of the Music Academy in Kraków on 22 April 2004, Wojciech
Czepiel conducting. Duration – ca. 16’.
